    You should actually shoot for 2 to 3 pounds in 10 days. It is nearly impossible to lose 10 pounds in 10 days unless you are morbidly obese. As for caloric intake, and how much exercise, these need to be figured out by considering your current basal metabolic rate, how much you eat now, and the activities you do on a daily basis. These can be calculated using calorie counters, BMR calculators, and calories burned calculators which can be located in a quick google search. You should not decrease your caloric intake by more than 500 calories (from the amount of calories you eat now because this may cause starvation mode).

    I am not sure if it’s possible but I think it is cuz my sister lost 4 lbs in 5 days so that’s pretty close. anyways I suggest eating healthy such as lots of vegetables, fruits, 100% whole wheat stuff, brown rice only, oatmeal, milk-eggs, tofu, fish, cut off on red meat. Drink plenty of water. Rest for 8 hours; no more, no less. And exercise-exercise-EXERCISE. I suggest running/jogging for atleast an hour everyday. And maybe in the evening like 5 or 6 do some yoga at home or exercise in trademill for 40 min to an hour. Good luck!!
